Selamat malam Dokter. Saya karyawan di perusahaan swasta. Pertanyaan saya terkait SOP perusahaan. Jika ada salah satu karyawannya meninggal, karena positive covid. Saat ini kami masih bekerja di kantor/ruangan yang sama dengan yang pernah digunakan oleh karyawan yang meninggal ini. Sementara management tidak ada tindakan desinfectant/test covid terhadap lingkungan kantor dan karyawan lain.
Karyawan tetap bekerja dengan aturan pembayaran jumlah saya (sebagian WFH sebagian di kantor diculik setiap minggu). Saya pribadi sebagai karyawan merasa takut karena perusahaan tetap menetapkan saya tetap harus datang ke kantor sementara saya tidak di test dulu dan tidak ada desinfectant juga.
Situasi seperti ini kemana dan bagaimana saya bisa meminta bantuan pemerintah untuk meminta manajemen lebih menganggap serius Covid ini dok?

Pertama, harus dipastikan dulu status karyawan yang meninggal benar positif COVID-19 atau hanya sekedar dugaan COVID-19. Lalu selidiki apakah saudara memiliki interaksi kontak fisik yang erat (kurang dari 1 meter).
Jika memang memiliki riwayat kontak erat, saya menyarankan agar melakukan isolasi mandiri. Saudara dapat berkunjung ke pos COVID-19 di layanan faskes yang ditunjuk untuk mendapatkan surat pemantauan. Ini bisa menjadi bukti legal bahwa saudara melakukan isolasi mandiri (bila kantor memerlukan).
Jika ada keluhan seperti demam, batuk, pilek atau sesak nafas, jangan tunda ke rumah sakit.
Terakhir, saudara dapat melakukan pengecekan dengan Rapid Test COVID-19 atau PCR Swab Tenggorok agar lebih meyakinkan.
